      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR topics such as disciplinary actions, performance management, and policy compliance
      - Conduct fair and impartial investigations into workplace concerns, including harassment and discrimination
      - Lead investigative processes by interviewing parties, analyzing evidence, and preparing objective reports
      - Serve as a culture ambassador to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace
      - Support the communication and administration of company policies and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
      - Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations is required
      - Proven ability to build strong interpersonal connections across all levels of the organization
      - Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
      - Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional judgment, discretion, and common sense in handling sensitive matters
