What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues across field locations
- Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and ensure documentation is consistent and compliant
- Manage offboarding processes and participate in separation meetings as needed
- Develop and maintain employee relations metrics dashboards and analyze data for workplace improvement
- Deliver training on employee relations topics to front-line supervisors and leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on employee relations or Senior HR generalist experience in a multi-location healthcare or behavioral health environment
- Familiarity with CARF, TJC, or other accreditation/state regulatory standards
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher-level HR certification
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG Pro) and case management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively
