      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conduct, and compliance concerns
      - Conduct initial interviews and gather information for employee relations matters
      - Assess the nature and severity of complaints and provide coaching resources or referrals
      - Provide counsel and guidance to leadership on employee relations issues
      - Analyze employee relations case trends and partner with relevant departments for solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline
      - 5 to 7 years of experience within Employee Relations or Human Resources
      - Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to equal employment opportunity and labor relations
      - Proven ability to build partnerships with various departments
      - Experience in managing and updating Human Resources policies and processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coaching employees and leaders on performance and conduct matters
      - Familiarity with employee relations trends and challenges in the healthcare industry
      - Ability to analyze and interpret data related to employee relations cases
      - Knowledge of workplace investigations and compliance procedures
