What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Proof grade reports and tuition receipts against submissions to ensure accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries via online ticketing system and live chat, providing timely support and troubleshooting assistance
- Make outbound calls to client employees to assist with navigation of user interfaces and documentation requirements
- Apply appropriate tuition discounts to invoices before submission for payment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary software
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in auditing is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
