- Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in meetings for new business wins
- Prepare plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials
- Perform inventory capacity planning and reporting
- Perform structure building, revisions and billing set up
- Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions
- Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
- Analyzing data while maintaining data integrity to identify trends and roadblocks to overall productivity
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of case installation experience
- Knowledge of claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes
- Advanced (or higher) level of skill with using Microsoft Excel (ability to build and maintain formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, and create / edit spreadsheets)
- Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM based on CST (Central Standard Time) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need
- Associate’s Degree (or higher)
- Experience in working with medical claims platforms
- Previous experience in case installations / case implementations
- COSMOS OR UNET OR CPS experience with plans benefit database (PBDB)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

This is a challenging role with serious impact. It’s a fast - paced, high - volume environment that requires you to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on company policies and guidelines. Your accuracy will be vitally important and monitored carefully to ensure our system is correctly coded and that all plan documents are precise.
This position is full - time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM based on CST (Central Standard Time) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need.
We offer on the job training. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
