      Capita are looking for an Employer Support Administrator to join our homebased team on a full time, temporary basis. If you’re the type of person who is confident, commercially aware, and loves to support within developmental projects - this could be the role for you!

      Job Description:

      What you will be doing:

      • Be responsible for supporting effective Onboarding delivery and enable efficiencies and improvements.
      • Work closely with the Projects team to ensure supportive collaboration between teams.
      • Handle a large influx of both inbound & outbound calls in relation to the project & onboarding tasks you will be working on.
      • Taking on varied admin tasks throughout the day to assist the team leaders and to meet KPI’s.
      • Train & align yourselves with the team and other dependent business partners ensuring optimum project aligned tasks & Implementation processes are followed.
      • Updating CRM accurately & supporting with any MI requirements.
      • Demonstrate strategic knowledge of the clients on the project – what their business objectives are, key issues, onboarding delivery targets etc & to display a genuine interest in their business, have meaningful conversations and deliver appropriate solutions.

      What we are looking for:

      • A Self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work to tight deadlines, with minor or no supervision
      • Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders & Clients.
      • A willingness to receive direction and respond positively to constructive feedback.
      • Experience in administration roles with the ability to develop and execute project related tasks.
      • Experience within a customer service environment and KPI’s related to both inbound/outbound calls.
      • The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under a time-constraint.
      • Strong customer focus & a good telephone manner.
      • Skilled in the use of MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc)
