Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to join their Employment and Labor practice group in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, or San Diego. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employment counseling, litigation, and transactional work.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Advising clients on employment policies
2. Statutory and regulatory compliance
3. Employment and separation agreements

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, high motivation, and a willingness to mentor junior associates. Admission to the California bar is required.
