What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support all phases of litigation and dispute work, including drafting litigation holds and managing document collection
- Create and maintain online resources for the team, including legal research and templates
- Partner with attorneys to respond to inquiries from the People Team and other internal clients
- Manage internal team reporting on matter metrics and assist with compliance initiatives
- Interface with outside counsel and law firm paralegals to ensure alignment on legal matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, including law firm and in-house legal department experience
- Extensive litigation and legal research experience, particularly in employment law
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
