      Employment Compliance Adviser

      Kirkstall Forge, Leeds (LS5 3BF)

      Hybrid Options Available (Up to 3 days WFH)

      Permanent

      From £24,000 + fantastic benefits

      Full time 37.5 hours per week

      The role

      This is a great opportunity to start your careers in a HR and compliance role, and with our friendly and supportive People Services helpdesk team in our Leeds office. Being part of the UK Support functions, they are at the backbone of our UK operations. We may not deal directly with our customers, but we play an absolutely vital role in making sure that our customer–facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.

      You’ll help us make health happen by

      You will manage an array of enquires and cases will come through a variety of channels. On each case, you will deliver excellent level of services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business. Each day will be different where you will manage enquiries from compliance and onboarding caseloads where you will collect and process documents such as; eligibility to work, sponsorship, student migrant workers, professional registration, check nurses Pin number, DBS/PVG and “approved persons” background checks, conduct screening etc.

      Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

      • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
      • Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry.
      • Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs
      • Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skills
