Job Description
- Req#: 16063
- Conduct credential assessments for open and continuous testing as part of the Civil Service Examination Process
- Perform regular maintenance of registers (reemployment, promotional, and original entry)
- Schedule and administer testing for the Civil Service Police Series positions
- Assist with preparing employee data quarterly and annual reports
- Support the employment unit with compliance of Civil Service Rules, Processes and Procedures
- Assist with updating salary survey information
- Track and monitor Extra Help position compliance
- Assist with moving candidates through the Applicant Tracking workflow
- Track Civil Service Employees’ Performance Review Completion within their probationary period
- Monitor the position tracker to provide status for all positions in the workflow
- Update personnel change notifications in Banner (Banner Enterprise System)
- Process employment verifications
- Assist with reviewing and updating position job descriptions and classifications
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
