      • This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience of employment law or HR, in a supportive and collaborative environment
      • You’ll be delivering employment law and HR advice and guidance to our clients via telephone, email and webchat

      • This is a hybrid role and you can be based anywhere in the UK, and depending on your experience, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, along with our excellent benefits package

      What you'll do

      We’ll be looking to you to provide employment law and HR advice and guidance. You’ll identify opportunities to meet the needs of your client through bespoke services, and you’ll generate referrals for additional consultancy and training services, generating income through cross sales.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Giving thorough and accurate HR and employment law advice to businesses from a diverse range of sectors
      • Providing prompt assistance and completing your work in a timely manner
      • Contributing to the management and retention of Mentor's portfolio

      The skills you'll need

      We’re looking for someone with strong administration and research skills and experience in an HR or employment law. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to deliver and advise on statutory processes and procedures, so good communication skills will be key.

      If you already have a qualification in employment law or HR professional qualification, this would be an advantage, although this is not essential, as we’ll support you to obtain this while in your role.

      You’ll also need:

      • Experience of providing basic employment law and HR advice and a background of supporting disciplinary and grievance hearings
      • Up-to-date knowledge of the ACAS code of practice on disciplinary and grievance
      • The ability to deal with clients from multiple channels and sectors
      • High standards of attention to detail and client service
