      We seek an experienced Employment Law Attorney to assist the Employment Law Department.


      • Meet with potential new clients to determine if we can help.
      • Represent clients in employment law matters such as unlawful termination, hour and wage issues, worker harassment, and discrimination.
      • Develop and maintain good rapport with clients.


      Requirements

      • Proven 3 years of experience as an employment law attorney
      • Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules
      • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
