Job Description

- Meet with potential new clients to determine if we can help.
- Represent clients in employment law matters such as unlawful termination, hour and wage issues, worker harassment, and discrimination.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with clients.
- Proven 3 years of experience as an employment law attorney
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
