- Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
- At least 4 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Advanced legal writing and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of employment law and litigation procedures.
- Negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation expertise.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
