What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and complete medium to large projects across multiple business areas
- Collaborate with leadership to facilitate strategic decisions and manage the project portfolio
- Mentor project team members throughout project planning, execution, and closeout
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standard approaches for project management
- Manage organizational change and promote continuous improvement in project management practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical degree in Project Management, Communication, Business, Health Care, Physical Science, IT, or a related field with seven years of project management experience, including two years in a healthcare setting; or a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with four years of experience in project management and two years in a healthcare setting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification required within two years of employment
- Must be able to work remotely from approved states
- Strong relationship-building skills with leaders and project teams
- Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Project Management or a related field
- Experience working in a structured Project Management Office (PMO)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Previous experience in healthcare project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
