      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit EMR access requests on behalf of care team members via various communication methods
      - Follow up with hospitals regarding submitted requests to ensure timely access
      - Track and renew EMR access accounts, including closing accounts when care team members leave
      - Assist care teams in troubleshooting EMR access issues and facilitate communication with external facilities
      - Maintain the master RBE access tracker and send out summary statistics regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Proficient computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
      - U.S. work authorization
