      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical expertise in the development and implementation of clinical and operational applications
      - Support new project development through system analysis, planning, and preparation
      - Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for application support
      - Conduct training sessions for IT staff and user clients
      - Log, track, and resolve issues related to application performance and enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or similar fields
      - Master’s or doctoral degree, or 5 years of clinical/business experience directly related to the applications supported
      - In-depth knowledge of applications and the ability to support multiple systems
      - Proven ability to engage with end users and deliver effective solutions
      - Strong organizational skills with experience facilitating meetings and project leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Actively certified in multiple applications and/or possess 2 or more badges
      - Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education through professional organizations and advanced certifications
      - Experience in leading projects with accountability for ongoing activities
