What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls to the Regional Telephonic Medicine Center (RTMC), performing intake and triaging information
- Coordinate patient transfers, inpatient bed placement, and ambulance transport while assessing hospital capacity
- Track patient emergency department visits and manage appropriate repatriations according to protocols
- Participate in internal quality assurance, insurance verification, chart reviews, and data entry
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and external medical resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Oregon or SW Washington at the time of application
- Experience in coordinating patient care or hospital operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in data entry and familiarity with healthcare protocols
