      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and support initiatives set by the asset head
      • Coordinate and integrate operational readiness plans for multiple workstreams
      • Facilitate cross-functional activities execution and resolve execution challenges
      • Plan resources, manage schedules and risks, and ensure partner alignment
      • Track performance and document lessons learned
      • Ensure operational readiness of the GMP manufacturing facility, process validation runs, commercial manufacturing, inspection readiness, and batch release
      • Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure project alignment, solve challenges, identify gaps, and advance site strategy
      • Collaborate with Asset, Account Management, Commercial Development, and Proposals teams to assess future business opportunities
      • Provide backup support for the Asset Head

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience in manufacturing management, particularly in a GMP environment
      • Strong ability to develop, coordinate, and integrate operational plans across multiple workstreams
      • Outstanding skills in facilitating cross-functional activities and resolving execution challenges
      • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, schedules, and risks effectively
      • Excellent track record in ensuring operational readiness and leading validation and manufacturing processes
      • Strong collaborative skills with experience in leading workshops and cross-functional teams
      • Ability to assess and capitalize on future business opportunities
      • Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership
