- Supply Chain Display Management – As the core of our external supply chain team, you will handle the entire supply chain process for promotional products and services, such as display mods, shippers, and re-packs. You will also ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and PO management. Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, customer service and logistics to deliver high-quality promotional products and services on time.
- Inventory Management –Apply your inventory expertise to conduct weekly inventory reviews and maintain optimal supply levels to meet customer service expectations. You will also manage the Product and Packaging materials with our partners.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset –Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships –Communicate and collaborate with various teams, including customer service, sales, and external partners, to execute orders successfully.
- Process Management –Llead operations to follow processes consistently. You will support a positive and winning team culture!
- Bachelor’s Degree with related work experience or Associate’s Degree with significant related work experience
- 2+ years of professional Supply Chain experience or relevant Supply Chain degree plus CPG Supply Chain internship experience
- Familiarity with SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills and the ability to perform analytical functions to resolve issues and identify opportunity areas
- Ability to work cross functionally within Kellanova and with external manufacturing companiesand
- Basic understanding of supplier relationship management
- Ability to work in an environment which sometimes includes multiple and conflicting priorities
