Job Description
- Req#: 25-28650
- Responsible for computer equipment handling and transport. Requires familiarity with driving a mid-sized box truck, cargo vans, and navigating loading docks.
- Responsible for decommissioning and sanitization of end user’s devices at the end of term.
- Responsible for basic field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems.
- Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Troubleshooting skills with basic hardware and software components.
- Selected Contract must complete Driver Safety Trainer Required.
- Must be able to obtain driver authorization.
