- Intune Implementation: Set up and implement Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration of policies, profiles, and applications.
- Software Management: Deploy and manage software applications, including updates and patches.
- Technical Support: Provide second-line support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems to ensure smooth operation.
- User Assistance: Assist users with technical issues, providing guidance and training on the use of technology.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software installations, configurations, and issues resolved.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Project Management: Manage IT projects related to end-user technology, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in setting up and implementing Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with desktop virtualization and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with SCCM/MECM administration.
- Understanding of network configuration and mobile device management.
- Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
