      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales revenue both inside and outside the designated regional territory
      - Support clinical demonstrations and lead pre-demonstration processes for successful outcomes
      - Train customers on the proper use of endoscopy equipment in clinical settings
      - Collaborate with the Product & Marketing Team to develop educational materials for customers and internal personnel
      - Attend trade shows and provide weekly/monthly reports to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales experience or clinical experience in the healthcare industry
      - Knowledge and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong communication and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures in endoscopy
      - Ability to present technical information effectively to small groups
      - Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and standards
