  Dive into the dynamic world of Hamilton Lane’s Enterprise Technology team as the Endpoint Engineer within our End User Technology and Information Security Department. We build and deploy the end user facing IT solutions within the firm and keep our data secure.

  We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer with an interest in managing Windows, Mac and mobile devices as well as an interest in Mobile Device Management(MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management(UEM). Your role will be critical in strategizing how we manage, update, and secure all the devices across the firm. You’ll have the opportunity to enhanced user experience on all end user devices at Hamilton Lane.

  Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Enhance and manage our laptop deployment including improvements to Autopilot on Windows and Device Enrollment on Macs
  • Improve day to day device management including the use of tools like Intune and PowerShell
  • Improve and manage our Mobile Device management and enrollment, including company owned iOS, Bring Your Own Device(BYOD) iOS and BYOD Android devices
  • Own our software update process for all managed endpoints including application updates and OS patch management across all platform
  • Work with others on the team to administer our MDM and UEM Environment(Intune)
  • Manage software deployments to all devices and directly manage global IT software
  • Work with the broader team for enhancements across our entire Tech Stack

  Your background will include:

  • Undergraduate degree plus 2+ year working in a technical field or 4+ years working in a technical field
  • 2+ years of experience with a device management platform preferred
  • 1+ year of experience with Intune preferred
  • Experience with Windows, Mac and at least one mobile platform(iOS or Android)
  • Proven track record of ability to learn new technologies and implement them
  • Experience with at least 1 scripting language as well as code version control
  • Experience with PowerShell and Bash preferred
