  THE JOB:
  The Endpoint Engineer Associate supports the deployment, automation, and ongoing maintenance of digital workspace software and operating systems across the enterprise. This entry-level role plays a key part in sustaining a healthy endpoint environment and collaborates closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.

  THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist with the administration and support of endpoint management tools such as MECM, Microsoft Intune, BeyondTrust EPM, Apple Business Manager (ABM), JAMF, Patch My PC, MDT, and Stratodesk to maintain agent health and software delivery efficiency.

  • Support virtual desktop environments by helping with application packaging, publishing, and deployment to endpoint users.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base articles for use by the endpoint team and property technology staff.

  • Aid in maintaining corporate OS images and assist in scripting and automation for application deployments.

  • Participate in Tier 2 support efforts for endpoint-related issues, working alongside IT security, application support, and property teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

  • Assist in software metering and usage analysis to help drive software standardization and lifecycle strategies.

  • Collaborate with project teams—including architecture, development, and support—to contribute to IT initiatives and deployments.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in endpoint technologies and develop technical knowledge under the guidance of senior engineers.

  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years of internship or professional experience in IT, with an emphasis on endpoint or end-user computing (EUC) environments.

  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools and a strong interest in enterprise IT operations and support.
