What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for technical solutions related to the deployment of point of care solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT operations within ambulatory practices to ensure effective deployment of solutions
- Advise practices on deploying and configuring endpoint management tools and developing automation scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate barriers to deployment
- Provide guidance on managing device settings, software installations, and security policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; significant relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of education
- 4-6 years of experience in small to medium-sized healthcare IT settings
- 3+ years of direct practice-facing customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare IT
- Expertise in endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Ivanti, or JAMF

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with RMM platforms such as Kaseya, Datto, or ConnectWise
- Extensive experience with managed browser environments like Google Admin console
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Advanced degree or certification in IT or healthcare operations
