We are looking for dynamic, curious, and internationally minded people to accelerate their development as part of our ENERGI MEA Graduate Development Program.

The ENERGI MEA Graduate Development Program is offering graduate-talent a unique opportunity to be part of a comprehensive development initiative, with rotations around the region. The program aims to develop and prepare talented people like you for management roles within Middle East and Africa.

As part of this exciting 18-month development journey, you will:

• Be developed as an International Freight Forwarder, gaining exposure and experience in six (6) different African and Middle Eastern countries.
• Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of the Freight Forwarding business, focusing on Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Customs Clearance, and Industrial Projects’ specialist transportation.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the region by rotating between mature markets with established air freight, ocean freight, road freight and customs clearance, and high growth markets to implement their knowledge, within MEA every three months.
• Participate in structured in-house and external training programs to develop knowledge and skills in logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry-specific processes.

Now, here’s what we need from you!

• Bachelor's degree in any subject relevant to the business including Supply Chain / Logistics, Science, Engineering, Math’s, Psychology with a postgraduate degree being an added advantage.
• Fluency in English is a must; so is fluency in a second language – ideally Arabic, French, or Portuguese.
• Genuine and demonstrable interest in the culture and practice of countries in the Middle East and Africa Region.
• Willingness to complete assignments in Egypt, South Africa, Turkey, UAE (Dubai)
• Demonstrate an affinity and genuine passion for development in countries within the MEA region, and willingness to rotate between and be placed in one or more of the following countries: Algeria; Angola; Ethiopia; Morocco; Nigeria; and/or Saudi Arabia.
