What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Regularly review utility consumption database through data audits and verification checks
- Complete required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for water and waste data
- Track facility-level waste data and identify opportunities for reduction, recycling, and composting
- Monitor construction and demolition waste programs across the facility portfolio
- Assist with the creation of baselines for future water targets and conduct sustainability research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated passion for environmental sustainability
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with utility consumption data and reporting processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Knowledge of sustainability trends and innovative technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in sustainability reporting or environmental management
- Familiarity with third-party irrigation vendor software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of supply and value chain dynamics
- Experience leading client meetings and workshops
