      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct energy resilience studies and evaluate power distribution systems
      - Develop energy conservation measures and efficiency improvements for facilities
      - Perform field audits, inspections, and functional performance tests at client sites
      - Analyze energy and utilities data, creating detailed reports and estimates
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy resilience, power system design, or related fields
      - BS in electrical engineering or an energy-related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong background in electrical distribution systems, including medium voltage systems
      - Proficient computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and database applications
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with eQUEST, Energy Pro, or other energy modeling software
      - Possession of relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer license or Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
      - Previous experience working at Federal or Department of Defense facilities
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to produce technically accurate work
      - Knowledge of utility information systems and energy management technologies
