      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct energy resilience studies and perform investigations of HVAC and energy management systems
      - Identify energy conservation opportunities and recommend advanced control strategies
      - Develop technical reports and energy savings estimates through building energy modeling
      - Conduct facility audits and deliver technical presentations to clients
      - Collaborate with team members to manage project deliverables and exceed client expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy resilience, consulting, auditing, or retro-commissioning engineering
      - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related energy field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong background in HVAC systems and controls
      - Ability to analyze energy and utilities data and produce technically correct reports
      - U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project development and life-cycle cost analysis
      - Familiarity with eQUEST, Energy Pro, or other energy modeling software
      - Possession of certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP)
      - Prior experience working at Federal or Department of Defense facilities
      - Professional Engineer registration or relevant certifications
