We are looking for an Energy Management Engineer, based in Athens - Greece. You will be responsible for the end-to-end handling and delivery of Energy Infrastructure (including Design, Equipment Specification, Construction, Upgrade, Decommission) and the implementation of energy efficiency projects for Base Stations.

Your contribution:

• Manage and coordinate network wide projects to deploy new or upgrade energy equipment of base stations (including Air Conditions, Power systems, Rectifiers Batteries, Generators etc.)
• Monitor Contractors' performance and ensure projects are executed according to contractual SLAs with the required quality. Check bill of quantities for required works, according to the contractual terms and maintain all required documentation for each project
• Planning, forecasting and stock management of energy equipment needs, according to the approved budgets and strategies
• Implement feasibility studies following Vantage Towers customers' requests and execute required tasks to secure energy infrastructure availability within the agreed SLAs
• Prepare Design specifications and technical evaluations for innovative energy solutions / equipment, according to Vantage Towers processes / needs
• Implement various Energy Management practices to improve energy efficiency, increase use of renewable sources, reduce emissions and improve equipment/ network reliability
• Manage new ΔΕΔΔΗΕ grid connections, or legacy grid connections capacity upgrades

What makes you stand out:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 - 4 years of professional experience in developing and delivering Energy and infrastructure projects in a planning or project management role
• Strong Knowledge of electrical, power and cooling systems, renewable / green energy solutions, energy management & efficiency practices, ELOT Standards, as well as understanding of Mobile Base Stations Passive Infrastructure development issues and dynamics
• Project Management qualification or certification will be considered as an asset
• Excellent data analytics and reporting skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Driving License
• Strong customer orientation, a high sense of responsibility as well as eagerness to learn and grow
• Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
