      Responsibilities

      What You’ll Be Doing as an Energy Sales Representative:

      As a key part of our growing team, you’ll be the friendly face of Mpower — connecting with homeowners and helping them make the switch to clean, renewable energy. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced, people-focused, and full of opportunities to grow and thrive.

      Your Role Will Include:

      • Building New Relationships: Prospecting, networking, and turning connections into long-term customers

      • Owning Your Territory: Managing your assigned area with confidence and consistency

      • Educating & Empowering: Helping homeowners understand the value of going green and how it benefits their homes and wallets

      • Guiding with Care: Supporting customers through every step of the enrollment process with a smooth, consultative approach

      Compensation & Perks:

      • On-Target Earnings: $36,000 – $58,000 (minimum, based on performance)

      • Performance Bonuses: Earn more as you grow and succeed
