      Join CEDA as a Energy Services Training Supervisor

      Location: Central Office, Chicago, IL
      Type: Full time, non-exempt
      Salary: $52,000-$55,100 Annually


      What You’ll Do:

      • Design and Deliver Training: Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and courses to meet the needs of internal and external staff.
      • Monitor and Improve Training Programs: Continuously evaluate and enhance training content, methods, and delivery to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
      • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the logistics for training activities, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and managing schedules.
      • Manage Certification Processes: Create and manage testing and certification processes to ensure that staff and partners meet all training requirements.
      • Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess training effectiveness, including instructor performance, and provide actionable feedback to improve the overall training process.
      • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to ensure they remain current.
      • Identify Trends and Solutions: Build relationships with internal and external partners to proactively identify training needs and offer solutions.
      • Develop "Train the Trainer" Programs: Design and deliver training for new trainers to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of all training programs.
      • Compliance Reporting: Advise and report on any compliance issues related to training objectives and make necessary recommendations for corrective actions.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
      • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience in training, program development, or compliance (experience in nonprofit or social services preferred).
      • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LMS (preferably Microsoft LMS 365), and the ability to work with diverse teams.
      • Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive information and foster a positive and productive learning environment.
