What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute a global delivery model, managing complex projects from start to finish while overseeing budget, timelines, scope, and quality goals
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members, providing strong leadership
- Track and analyze project performance, proactively reporting on any potential blockers and risks
- Deliver disciplined approaches to process frameworks and ensure organization of project documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least five years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role, ideally with enterprise cloud software
- Strong understanding of cloud software delivery and associated integrations
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset
