  Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking an Information Technology Administrator for a new project at Los Angeles Air Force Base.

  We are also looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer – Journeyman to support efforts at LAAFB. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Complete Work Orders for all customer inquiries, address, update, escalate, and resolve issues using the Support Center Ticketing and Det 1 SharePoint System.
  2. Diagnose and resolve problems reported by customers, research trends, develop and maintain problem databases, install and troubleshoot hardware/software, develop support policies, provide training, and ensure compliance with security policies. Process user account forms for all systems.
  3. Oversee IT projects at the direction of Det-1 Enterprise Cybersecurity and coordinate efforts for the Support Center.
  4. Manage software licenses per AFMAN 17-1203 section 3.4.2.8.
  5. Assist users with Software, Cybersecurity, Network Access issues, and inquiries. Provide a Monthly Cyber Incident Report. Manage COMPUSEC administrative processes per AFMAN 17-1301, Section 2.11. Report cybersecurity incidents, update the Continuity Guide, and manage permissions for LiveLink and SharePoint.
  6. Ensure organizational assets are used efficiently. Manage all internal SZI government IT property and SSC laptops.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance if required.
  2. Complete security clearances and forms, including DD Form 2875, AF Form 4394, and AF User Agreement.
  3. Complete annual training in Cyber Awareness, CUI, Operations Security, DOD Mobile Devices, Derivative Classification, TCO, Property Custodian, and License Management.
  4. Hold DOD IA Technical Level II certifications in accordance with DoD directives and meet cybersecurity requirements.
