What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects including new production equipment and process improvements
- Support ad-hoc calls with different sites for implementations
- Establish requirements and specifications for projects
- Develop test procedures and test plans for deployments
- Troubleshoot Tier II and Tier III tickets escalated by the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree in engineering, product support, IT, or related field
- Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Compliance with FDA regulations and design controls
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
