What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers, team members, and clients to address complex problems
- Develop and implement technical software development strategies for key organizational platforms
- Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions
- Lead projects and engage regularly with stakeholders and sponsors
- Provide on-call and operational support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advance knowledge of at least one modern OOP language such as Python or Go
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development and platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with complex system design and data pipeline architectures
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including certificates and encryption
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data centers
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and tools like GIT, Jenkins, CircleCI
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and best practices in a K8s environment
- Experience in architecting and building automation workflows and distributed applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a startup-like environment
