      Freese and Nichols has some fabulous opportunities for recent grads, August 2025, and December 2025 new grads to launch their careers in our Water Resource Planning Group in Austin and Fort Worth, TX!

      Our Water Resource Planning Group provides integrated planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive, resilient water solutions for clients. Water management requires a comprehensive approach to maximize current supplies, provide resiliency against natural disasters and uncertainty, balance flood and drought cycles, and plan for future needs.

      What your day looks like –

      You will partner with others to complete tasks by collecting and correlating information to assist in completing projects. You will also verify information and adjust data as needed. And coordinate project efforts with others contributing to the project as well.

      Majors we hire:

      • Civil Engineering

      • Environmental Engineering

      • Water Resource Engineering

      • Environmental Science (with interest in Hydrology)

      • Geology (with interest in Hydrology)

      • Other similar degrees

      Qualifications

      Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a major from the list above (Current grad or those graduating in August or December 2025)
