      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems
      - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
      - Participate in design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering quality across the organization
      - Utilize programming languages and tools, including Python, C#, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and various Azure services
      - Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience within a Java framework
      - Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#
      - In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms
      - Understanding of micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience with architecture and design
      - 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
      - Intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
      - Understanding of monitoring tools and security protocols such as Active Directory and OAuth
      - Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
