The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical Engineer or equivalent
o 3-5 Years of work experiences.
o Design and development of hydraulic integration components (Hose, tube, Sheetmetal, etc) for surface rotary drills machines based on the global interaction with other teams.
o This includes concept, final design, Supplier interaction, co-ordination with Detailing/Checking/Releasing, Fitup/Test rework documentation, parts procurement, validating the test results.
o Also, they have primary responsibility of meeting the requirements, cost, and timeline of the project.
Skills:
o Strong skills in 3D modeling of Hose/Tube Routings, sheet metals & PLM Tools
o Familiar with Hose, Tube manufacturing and assembly process
o Familiar with different types of connections and standards (ISO, SAE, etc)
o Hydraulic Components & schematic reading knowledge
o Design & detail of engine installation & cooling systems
o General light structure design & detailing
o General design and routing on fluid systems
o Work on Creo (Routing/Piping, Sheet metal, Solid modelling, casting modelling, etc)
o Work experience with suppliers
o Work with clients / customers in US/ other countries and be flexible on work timing.
o Management of own projects and timelines
o Good communication & coordination skills
Tools:
o Creo – Sheetmetal, assembly & Hose/Tube Routings
o PLM Tools
o Creo Simulate/FEA skills
Desired experiences:
o Heavy/construction vehicles in hydraulic integration.About the company
