  Job Summary

  To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineer –Process Engineering in Coimbatore.

  What a typical day looks like:

  • Skilled in 3D components drawings creation using SolidWorks, Auto CAD, Creo etc.

  • Should have very good knowledge in Manufacturing tool designing process

  • Conversion of design concept into 3D cad model

  • Conversion of 3D drawing to 2D drawing

  • Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.

  • Skilled in 3D concept design for Manufacturing Tools

  • Knowledge in Electronics component & device.

  • Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.

  • Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.

  • Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

  • Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban and Lean manufacturing principals.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment

  • Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or process.

  • experience in Manufacturing industry and Knowledge in SMT Process,PCBA, Mechanical assembly, Manufacturing tools and fixture design etc.

  • Create 3D concept design as customer requirements, Create 3D drawings for components using SolidWorks, AutoCAD , Creo etc..

  • Support for Tools, Jigs & Fixture design for product assembly

    Hands on experience in SolidWorks, Auto CAD , Creo software's.

  • Supporting for convert 3D cad files and 2D cad files

  • Updating drawings as per internal and external needs

    Design check , Handling BOM and take responsibility for manufacturing.

  The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • 4 to 7 Yrs of exp with Qualifications BE, ECE, EEE, E&TC , E&I.

  • B. Tech (Elec / Electronics & Mechanical), Diploma (Elect / Electronics & Mechanical)

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Experience in Manufacturing /Engineering industry preferably in electronics.

  • Excellent communication

  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

  • Good Analytical & Logical reasoning

  • Open for night Shift
