  Position Description

  We are seeking a highly skilled Project mangeremnt to join Project Engineer team ISE for the base location Hinjewadi (On site). This role involves handling modernization project/IC projects. We are now looking for a Project Engineer who is passionate about working in Project Department. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving delivery punctuality, sales target.
  

  Your key responsibilities

  • Organizing Kick off meeting for all new order with Sales for smooth order transfer.
  • Preparation and control of schedules/project plans for all orders.
  • Conduct regular planning & review meetings to ensure project timelines.
  • Single window for all communication with Customer in regard to approvals, project schedules and delivery plans.
  • Organizing Inspections as required under QAP.
  • Coordination with Services team for site schedules and ensuring project timelines.
  • Project milestone update to customer.
  • Project execution and costing.
  • Project Delivery in SAP system.

  What should you bring?

  • Qualifications: BE/Btech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3/4 years of experience in Proejct mangeremnt, preferably within the crane industry.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Solution driven able to react quickly and resolve issues to that the workflow continue.
  • Ability to work with team to achieve goals.
  • Target driven.
