      The Opportunity: Canadian Natural has an exciting opportunity for an Asset Integrity RBI Analyst to join our Horizon Oil Sands team. Reporting to the In-Service Inspection Lead. Our Asset Integrity Team implements a wide variety of inspection, repair, risk assessment, and corrosion management activities to ensure that our Asset Integrity programs are executed with optimal effectiveness. As part of the team, you will interface closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Technical Safety Engineering and Safety groups, gaining exposure to all technical elements of Asset Integrity for pipelines and vessels. You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation/ever greening of an RBI program at Horizon by carrying out duties as a focal point for RBI methodology. You will coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Process-Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams, for performing the RBI studies and workshops to support effective knowledge transfer and ensuring proper RBI inputs. Key Accountabilities: - To re-run the RBI analysis based on the inspection results as to establish the subsequent inspection plans; to ensure accurate updating of database in a timely nature - To provide progress reports of the RBI studies for their respective operating Unit - To ensure RBI study id established for each operating Unit and is updated after the planned inspections, shutdowns, de-bottlenecking and modifications - To develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant internal departments with highest standards of business ethics, while ensuring the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner - Responsible for meeting facilitation and ensures that risk based inspection analysis and decisions are collaborative and fully engage key cross-functional stakeholders - Help coach and mentor key site stakeholders in the development and application of RBI methodologies - Ensure that the Asset Integrity Management System is effectively utilized to manage inspection program RBI elements including end of life predictions, inspection frequencies and mitigations are all captured accurately - Works closely with the TML Coordinator and assesses TML’s and ensures implementation and circuit set up/review Other Details: - Job location: Horizon Oil Sands – Fort McMurray, Alberta - Shift schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours per shift - Eligible for relocation pursuant to Canadian Natural’s Relocation Regular Policy - Company sponsored fly-in/fly-out and camp facilities with flights from Calgary or Edmonton - Competitive salary, stock options, stock savings plan and benefits - This is a safety sensitive position Skills & Qualifications: - Engineering degree or college diploma (Mechanical, welding or materials preferred) - Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Asset Integrity or In-service Inspection experience in the petrochemical, refining or upgrading industry with RBI experience - API-510 and API-580 certification is desired. API-571, API 510, 570, and 653 Certifications, ABSA Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector (In-Service Pressure Equipment Inspector) certifications would be an asset - Strong knowledge of applicable ASME and API Codes or Standards - Highly proficient Computer Skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suites and Maximo - Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail - Ability to understand written work related documents, including engineered drawings - Self-motivated and strong data driven decision making - Can handle multiple tasks and balance multiple objectives to optimize business results Why Canadian Natural?
