Primary responsibilities will be reviewing the Oil Analysis reports and writing technical recommendations to site about of potential reliability conditions of the WTG turbine components and lubricants
-
Responsible for Gear, Hydraulic, Transformer oil analysis and Rolling Element Bearing Grease Analysis
-
Constant interaction with service operations performing a follow up on the report recommendations and the technical actions applied on field
-
Regular review of condemning limits for all lubricants
-
Knowledge sharing to spread technical solutions on the Oil monitoring
-
Support to service operations on interpreting the oil analysis reports and supporting them with technical solutions on lubrication related issues

Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs

B.E/M.E - Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
-
MLA -II Certification or above
-
4+ years of experience in industry with Lubrication and Oil Analysis and Ferrography
-
Good Understanding about Tribology and working knowledge of different oil analysis test methods and relevant standards

Good understanding on gearbox, generator and bearing failure modes and problem solving
-
Expertise on Root Cause Failure Analysis, Basic Fault Diagnosis and Condition Evaluation
-
Experienced on the commercial side, and decidedly "hands-on" and not just theoretical
-
Bring not just an analytics-orientation, but the ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics related to yield management and revenue generation
-
Fluency in English and have good communication, presentation skills

Pro-active, structured, self-motivated, communicative, reliable, credible, open minded, ambitious

Should be willing to travel abroad

Six Sigma - DMAIC/DFSS, good understanding about application of various statistical tools in data analysis and problem solving

Exposure to Condition Monitoring of Wind Turbines

Knowledge on SQL, Power-Bi is good to have

Global Predictive Monitoring team is part of Global Service Operations, Quality & HSE in Service, mainly focusing on monitoring activities such as analysis of vibration data and standard signals to measure performance and determine the condition of the wind turbines and components, combining and developing methods to detect and highlight potential failures and damages before they happen, having an important role to optimize service operations.
