  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, develop, implement, and deploy AWS cloud solutions
  - Develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient web applications and back-end services
  - Provide incident management, change management, and application support as part of the team
  - Write clear, well-commented, and easy-to-understand code, emphasizing automated tests
  - Assist with project estimation, planning, and task breakdown based on user stories
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Programming or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and development of multi-tiered business applications
  - Strong object-oriented design and programming skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Experience in Java, Python, or C# targeting multiple platforms and application types
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
  - Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS
  - Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) and relational databases
  - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform)
  - Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering concepts
