Job Description
- Req#: 25-30285
- Primary areas of focus will be part/process qualification, issue resolution and quality plan implementation (corrective/preventive action).
- Facilitate responding to questions Suppliers have by engaging the correct resource as needed.
- Remind Suppliers to return documents as needed via email / Teams, escalating when necessary to meet schedules.
- Review documents returned by Suppliers for completeness.
- Engage correct resources for approving documents as required, escalating when necessary to meet schedules.
- Create filing system in SharePoint as repository for documents.
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
- Knowledge of quality critical aspects in industrial process control and how to verify and validate them through process qualification.
- Experience with quality management systems and working in an ISO9001:2015 compliant environment.
- Experience in supplier quality engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing or engineering; preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint user.
- Team player and collaborative.
- Able to communicate with all levels of the Supplier Quality organization (Engineers, Managers, Operations), as well as suppliers in all global regions.
