- Assists the Resource Management Operations in the implementation, execution and monitoring of resource management operations programs across all sites to ensure timely, efficient and cost effective completion.
- Reviews and prepares data and material requirements (ie. centralized procurement) for the implementation of Resource Management Operations projects (ie. Wellhead replacement, Plug and Abandonment,etc) and other documentary requirements for the project / activity closure and / or restoration / revival / re-utilization of assets / geothermal wells (ie. Project Gating Materials, Tech’l Advice Note, etc.)
- Coordinates and interfaces with concerned parties and SMEs on the planning including risk assessment and implementation of RM Opns projects.
- Creates work project schedule in coordination with FOM and other internal partners to support RMOperations projects.
- Participates in technical meetings and other similar fora to provide updates of existing projects as needed and reports outcome of these meetings.
- Oversees and facilitates the implementation of WHR, and other RM Operations projects to ensure compliance to approved program and procedure.
- Oversees the progress and accomplishment of RMO’s projects / activities.
- Coordinates and works with RM Operations managers of all EDC operated geothermal sites to ensure critical RM Operations projects are prioritized and provided with adequate resources.
- Reports progress and outputs of relevant site RM Operations projects accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner, highlighting events that will impact on project completion.
- Responsible for steam accounting, data analysis and other assessments required by RM Operations.
- Executes other activities, programs and initiatives of the Resource Management Operations.
- Collects and consolidates available relevant data for a thorough understanding / assessment of wellbore condition / integrity to formulate a comprehensive well action plan.
- Prepares and presents proposals/Gating materials for RM Operations led projects for management’s concurrence and approval.
- Conducts research on related operating procedures and technology to upgrade and update current practices.
- Review relevant systems, operating processes and procedures, and proposes improvements, innovation to project implementation process and procedures to ensure quality of project delivery and optimization of operational cost.
- Prepares and submits to immediate head RM Operations projects related reports and other technical reports that may be required.
- Documents results of RM Operations managed projects.
- Maintains and updates a data and information dashboard relevant to achievement of RM Ops programs and projects.
- Monitors RM Operations projects expenditures against approved budget, and recommends appropriate action.
- Conducts physical inventory of materials, equipment, and related supplies accordingly to applicable policies.
- Assists in the preparation of operating and capital expenses budgets for the RM Operations Team projects and activities.
- Executes health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
- Practices recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
- Implements and complies with company rules and policies; and
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
