- Assisting in the setup and calibration of test equipment
- Performing routine tests and measurements
- Recording and reporting test data
- Maintaining and troubleshooting test equipment
- Collaborating with senior technicians and engineers to support project goals
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a lab or test environment
- Familiarity with test equipment, including:
DC Power Supplies, Pulse Generators, Digital Multimeters, Power Meters/Sensors, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes - Ability to follow established procedures and protocols for testing and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and report test data
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a lab environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred
- Associate's degree in a technical field, such as Electronics or Engineering Technology
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a lab or test environment
- Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders

BAE Systems is looking for an RF Engineering Assistant III to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. The RF Engineering Assistant III will assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of test equipment, including RF/Microwave test equipment and on-wafer probers. Under the guidance of senior technicians or engineers, this role will perform routine tests, measurements, and data collection to support production and engineering projects.
