      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking Engineering Associates that will support one of the following Technology Lines of Businesses:

      • Chief Technology Office (CTO) supports and delivers enterprise infrastructure services that enable our Wells Fargo customers globally.
      • Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) group supports the Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses as well as Payment Solutions, Capital Markets Services, Wholesale Digitization, and International Technology across the firm.
      • Consumer Technology (CT) group executes the Wells Fargo Technology strategy and offers a strategic technology perspective to the lines of business (LOBs) and products we support.
      • Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines.
      • Technology for the Chief Operating Office (TCOO) provides technology services for the Chief Operating Office. This includes operations, control executives, strategic execution, business continuity and resiliency, data solutions and services, regulatory relations, customer experience, enterprise shared services, supply chain management, and the corporate properties group.

      This position offers a hybrid work schedule, based off the manager's discretion.

      In this role, you will:

      • Participate in the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support of technology solutions for complex and challenging business requirements
      • Understand Software Development Lifecycle process, quality, security and compliance requirements
      • Support implementation of moderate to complex projects
      • Develop skills in a specific domain with training
      • Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
      • Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
      • Interact with internal customers


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • Knowledge and understanding of technology

      Pay Range

      $23.13 - $41.11 Hourly
