Assisting SEL engineers with design/drafting of customer solutions
Developing and maintaining knowledge in SEL processes and technologies.
Creating device settings from customer specifications and system modeling
Documenting and communicating test results.
You are currently a student pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, with one to two years engineering education completed.
You have the ability to work part time during the school year or full time during the summer.
You are proficient with Microsoft Windows Applications.
You have an interest in electrical power system protection and control.
You have practical electrical circuit knowledge.
SEL Engineering Services integrates devices made by SEL into complete solutions for our utility and industrial customers. Our solutions prevent blackouts, make outages safer and shorter in duration. We implement world class protection standards using cutting-edge technologies which include advanced cybersecurity, automation and communication platforms. As an Electrical Engineering Intern in SEL Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

Pay Range Data
($19.50 - $32.50 per hour)* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
