What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 4+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ software engineers
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including mobile app development

- Professional experience with large-scale distributed systems and database systems
- Strong product mindset and experience delivering complex projects
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Knowledge of legal compliance and ad industry technology standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
- Proficiency in Java, Javascript, and Typescript
